Dual Antibody Detection – Identifies both IgM (acute infection) and IgG (past infection/reinfection)
Ultra-Fast Results – Clear visual interpretation within 15 minutes
High Accuracy – Sensitivity >98%, specificity >99% (compared to ELISA)
Multiple Sample Types – Works with fingerstick blood, venous blood, serum or plasma
No Equipment Needed – Simple 3-step procedure, perfect for field use and point-of-care testing
Long Shelf Life – 24-month stability at room temperature (2-30°C)
Collect small blood sample (10μL)
Add to test cassette with buffer
Read results at 15 minutes:
IgM+ = Acute dengue infection
IgG+ = Past infection or reinfection
IgM+ & IgG+ = Secondary infection
Dengue Ab IgM/IgG Rapid Test - Key Product Features
Dual Antibody Detection Technology
Simultaneously identifies both IgM and IgG antibodies with >98% clinical accuracy.
IgM detection indicates acute infection (days 3-5 after symptom onset).
IgG detection shows past infection or secondary dengue infection.
Rapid & Clear Results
Delivers visual results in just 15 minutes.
Easy-to-interpret color band display (similar to pregnancy test format).
No complex instrumentation required
Superior Diagnostic Performance
Sensitivity: 98.2% (IgM), 97.6% (IgG).
Specificity: 99.1% compared to reference ELISA methods.
Early detection from day 3 of fever onset.
Dengue Ab IgM/IgG Rapid Test - Step-by-Step Testing Procedure
Bring the test cassette and all components to room temperature (15-30°C) if stored refrigerated
Check the expiration date on the foil pouch
Wash hands thoroughly and put on gloves
Prepare a clean, dry, well-lit work surface
For whole blood:
Clean the fingertip with alcohol swab
Use lancet to prick finger
Wipe away first blood drop
Collect 10μL of blood using capillary tube or pipette
For serum/plasma:
Centrifuge blood sample at 1500xg for 5 minutes
Transfer clear serum/plasma to clean tube
Tear open the foil pouch at notch
Place test cassette on flat surface
Add 10μL whole blood to sample well OR
Add 5μL serum/plasma to sample well
Immediately add 2 drops (about 80μL) of buffer solution to buffer well
Result Interpretation
Read results at exactly 15 minutes
Do not interpret after 20 minutes
Positive results may appear as early as 10 minutes
IgM Positive: Test line (T1) appears + Control line (C)
IgG Positive: Test line (T2) appears + Control line (C)
IgM & IgG Positive: Both T1 and T2 lines appear + C
Negative: Only control line (C) appears
Invalid: No control line appears (test must be repeated)
Dispose of used test components properly
Biohazard waste should follow local regulations
Document results immediately
For positive results, recommend confirmatory testing as needed
