Steps for Using a Thick PBT Bandage

Clean and dry the area to be bandaged.
Choose a bandage of appropriate width (5/7.5/10/15cm).
Place the bandage head flat 5cm below the wound, and gently pull the bandage to maintain moderate tension (stretch 50%-70%).
Wrap it in a spiral or figure-8 shape (at the joint), overlapping 1/2 width each time.
Bandage the joint with slight flexion (15°-30°).
Fix it with an aluminum buckle/elastic buckle, or fold the bandage head back and insert it.
Check the tightness (it is appropriate to insert a finger).

Note: After bandaging, observe whether it is too tight (loosen it if it turns purple/numb), and avoid high temperature storage.
