Required materials: plaster bandage, tubular bandage, cast padding, gauze bandage, non-woven self-adhesive bandage and scissors.
Select the required length of tubular bandage according to the injured part of the patient and cut it with scissors.
Lift the cast padding to the top of the thigh and flatten it along the leg.
Wrap the ankle with the cast padding and face it towards the thigh (spiral winding from distal to proximal).
Choose a plaster bandage of appropriate width.
Fold the bandage back six layers and smooth it.
Fold the plaster bandage and pick it up.
Grab both ends of the bandage and soak it in cold water.
Take it out and gently squeeze out the water and scrape the plaster bandage flat.
Start wrapping the leg wound.
After the plaster bandage is wrapped, cover it with a gauze bandage.
Continue wrapping and fixing it with a non-woven self-adhesive bandage.
You can resume activities after the examination.
