Clean the wound: flush with saline or medical cleaning solution to remove necrotic tissue and residual exudate.

Evaluate the amount of exudate: if there is a lot of exudate (such as deep cavity wounds), you can first use alginate dressings to fill it, and then cover it with super absorbent dressings.

Dressing selection: The dressing should extend 1.5-2cm beyond the edge of the wound to ensure complete coverage and prevent leakage.

Fit and secure: Gently press the dressing to fit the wound and secure with a bandage or tape.

Depending on the amount of wound exudate, change it every 1-2 days
