The Self-adhesive Silver Ion Foam Dressing is an innovative wound care product that combines antibacterial, absorbent, and self-adhesive functions. It features a unique three-dimensional structure composed of hydrophilic polyurethane foam, a film, and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, resulting in a soft texture and excellent absorption capabilities, effectively managing wound exudate.
Its core function lies in intelligent antibacterial action and wound healing promotion. Upon contact with exudate, the dressing continuously releases silver ions. These silver ions rapidly bind to enzyme proteins within bacterial cells, inactivating them, and simultaneously disrupting the genetic material (DNA/RNA) of bacteria and viruses, thus providing powerful bactericidal action and inhibiting replication. Furthermore, silver ions interact with metalloproteins in the wound, locally increasing the concentration of ions such as zinc, calcium, and copper, creating a favorable microenvironment for cell repair and accelerating the wound healing process.
This dressing is widely applicable to the management of various complex wounds. It is particularly suitable for treating infected wounds with copious exudate, as well as chronic, difficult-to-heal wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers and lower extremity venous ulcers. It can also be effectively used for infection prevention in deep wounds and provides reliable protection for donor and recipient sites in skin grafting procedures. Its self-adhesive design simplifies the application process, enhancing clinical convenience.

Powerful broad-spectrum antibacterial action: Directly acts on various life processes of bacteria, effectively controlling and preventing wound infections.
Superior absorption and fluid retention: The unique foam structure absorbs a large amount of exudate and locks it within the dressing, preventing maceration of the surrounding skin.
Provides a moist environment: After absorbing exudate, it forms a soft gel, maintaining appropriate moisture levels in the wound, promoting granulation tissue growth, and reducing pain during dressing changes.
Convenient and comfortable to use: Self-adhesive design eliminates the need for additional tape, providing secure adhesion and preventing curling.
Soft and conforming: The soft texture conforms to body contours, allowing for greater patient mobility.
Reduced dressing change frequency: High absorbency extends the dressing's wear time, reducing the burden of care.
Instructions for Use
First, clean the wound with saline solution and dry the surrounding skin.
Select a dressing of appropriate size according to the shape and size of the wound.
Remove the protective film and apply the foam absorbent layer directly to the wound, smoothing the edges to ensure a tight fit.
Based on clinical use, it is recommended to change the dressing every 2 to 4 days.
Warnings
Ensure the wound area is clean and dry before applying the dressing.
The foam dressing should be 2 cm larger than the wound.
It can be used in conjunction with other dressings.
This product is particularly suitable for the following wounds with a risk of infection or existing infection, accompanied by moderate to heavy exudate:
Infected wounds: such as surgical incision infections, traumatic wound infections, burn infections, etc.
Chronic non-healing wounds: such as diabetic foot ulcers, lower extremity venous ulcers, and pressure injuries (Stage II-III).
Post-operative or traumatic drainage wounds: used to cover drainage tube openings to prevent infection.
Skin graft donor and recipient site wounds: effectively protects the wound surface, prevents infection, and promotes epithelialization.
Other easily infected wounds: used preventively to reduce the risk of infection in high-risk wounds.
