A Non-Rebreather Mask (NRB Mask) is a medical oxygen delivery device designed to provide patients with high concentrations of oxygen. It includes a reservoir bag and one-way valves to prevent the re-inhalation of exhaled gases, ensuring that the patient receives nearly pure oxygen. It is typically used in emergency and critical care situations, such as severe hypoxia, trauma, or cardiac arrest.

Made of clear, medical grade pvc with adjustable noseclip, elastic strap with/without latex Medium concentration, approx 50%.
Color: Green transparent, white transparent and light blue transparent.
Length: With 2m tubing, different lengths can be customized, anti-crush tube can ensure oxygen follow even if the tube is kinked.
Packing: Packed in individual ne nacks 50 nes/carton or 100 ncs/carton.
High Oxygen Concentration Delivery
Provides up to 90–100% oxygen concentration, suitable for acute hypoxia and respiratory distress patients.
One-Way Valve System
Equipped with one-way valves that prevent the re-inhalation of exhaled air, ensuring the patient breathes only fresh oxygen.
Reservoir Bag Design
Includes an oxygen reservoir bag (typically 600–1000 mL) that stores pure oxygen, ensuring a constant supply during inhalation.
Adjustable Elastic Strap
Soft and adjustable head strap ensures a secure and comfortable fit for a wide range of patients.
Soft Medical-Grade PVC Mask
Transparent, odor-free, and latex-free mask allows for patient monitoring and reduces skin irritation.
Universal Tubing Connector
Standard connector fits most oxygen supply systems, including cylinders and concentrators.
Single-Use & Sterile Packaging
Individually packed for single patient use, helping to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
Preparation
Wash hands. Ensure the mask, reservoir bag, tubing, and valves are intact and sterile.
Connect the System
Attach one end of the oxygen tubing to the mask and the other end to the oxygen source (e.g., oxygen cylinder or concentrator).
Inflate the Reservoir Bag
Set the oxygen flow rate to 10–15 L/min to pre-fill the reservoir bag. The bag should be fully inflated before applying the mask to the patient.
Check the One-Way Valves
Ensure the inlet valve (on reservoir side) allows oxygen in, and the exhalation ports (on the mask sides) have flapper valves to prevent ambient air from entering.
Position the Mask
Gently place the mask over the patient's nose and mouth. Use the elastic strap to secure it around the head. Adjust for a snug but comfortable fit.
Monitor the Patient
Observe the patient's breathing pattern and oxygen saturation. The reservoir bag should not fully collapse during inhalation.
After Use
Turn off the oxygen source. Remove the mask. Dispose of it as medical waste (if single-use) or disinfect if reusable per guidelines.
1. Acute Respiratory Distress (Acute Respiratory Distress)
2. Carbon monoxide poisoning
3. Severe pneumonia or hypoxaemia
4.Trauma or haemorrhagic shock
5. Initial oxygen therapy after cardiac arrest
