Canine Heartworm (CHW) Antigen Rapid Test Kit is a highly sensitive diagnostic tool based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatography, designed for the detection of heartworm antigens in canine whole blood, serum or plasma. With its excellent sensitivity, specificity and economy, this kit has become an ideal choice for veterinary clinics and pet health management. It can quickly and accurately screen canine heartworm infection, assist in early diagnosis and timely treatment.
This kit uses advanced immunochromatographic technology to capture heartworm antigens through specific antibodies to ensure the high reliability of the test results. The operation process is extremely simple and can be mastered in just 1 minute. No additional equipment is required. It is suitable for all kinds of veterinary clinics, pet hospitals and families. During the test, just add 1 drop of sample (whole blood, serum or plasma) to the sample well, let it stand and add 3 drops of buffer. Clear results can be read within 8-10 minutes, greatly improving the detection efficiency.
Our kits have significant price advantages while maintaining a high level of test quality. The clear test plate design ensures that the results are intuitive and easy to read to avoid misjudgment. It is suitable for routine screening of heartworm infection in dogs, monitoring of the efficacy of medication and health examinations, and is an important tool for pet disease prevention and management. Regular testing combined with scientific prevention can effectively reduce the risk of heartworm infection and ensure the health of dogs.

Instructions for use
1. Before starting the test, make sure that the test kit, buffer and the sample to be tested (whole blood/serum/plasma) are restored to room temperature.
2. Place the test card on a horizontal surface, use a pipette to absorb 1 drop (about 30μL) of the sample to be tested, and drop it vertically into the sample well. Let it stand for 30-60 seconds to allow the sample to fully penetrate the chromatographic membrane.
3. After standing, immediately add 3 drops (about 90μL) of matching buffer vertically into the same sample well.
4. Start timing after adding the sample, and wait for 8-10 minutes to read the result. No later than 20 minutes, and the result will be invalid if it exceeds the time limit.
Result judgment criteria
Positive result: The quality control line (C line) and the test line (T line) are colored at the same time, regardless of the color depth of the T line;
Negative result: Only the quality control line (C line) is clearly colored;
Invalid result: The quality control line (C line) is not colored, regardless of whether the T line appears, and re-testing is required.
High sensitivity: Using advanced immunochromatographic technology, it can accurately identify heartworm antigens to ensure that early infection is not missed.
Simple and fast operation: It only takes 1 minute to learn and master, no professional equipment is required, and it is suitable for various usage scenarios.
Fast results: Clear results can be read within 10 minutes, greatly improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment, and saving waiting time.
Diverse samples: Support whole blood, serum or plasma testing, and flexibly adapt to different sampling needs.
Clear and easy to interpret results: Double-line detection line design, obvious color development, avoid subjective misjudgment, and high reliability.
High cost-effectiveness: Provide high-quality detection performance at a price significantly lower than the market, reducing detection costs.
Stable room temperature detection: No complex temperature control is required, and the detection can be completed at room temperature, which is convenient for on-site use.
Strict quality control: CE and ISO certified to ensure the provision of stable and reliable products.
Clinical diagnosis in pet hospitals: Rapid screening of suspected infected dogs, assisting veterinarians in making accurate diagnoses and formulating treatment plans.
Screening in kennels/pet stores: Group health management to prevent the spread of heartworms in intensive breeding environments.
Shelters for stray animals: Large-scale screening to promptly detect infected individuals and isolate and treat them, reducing the infection rate in groups.
Pet grooming and foster care institutions: Pre-admission testing to prevent cross-infection and maintain the health and safety of pet groups.
Self-testing at home: Pet owners regularly test to detect infection early and seek medical treatment in time to avoid worsening of the condition.
