1. Sample and Reagent Balance

Before testing, ensure that the sample to be tested (whole blood, serum or plasma) and the test device are balanced at 15-25℃ to avoid temperature affecting the accuracy of the results.

2. Prepare the test device

Take out the test card from the sealed aluminum foil bag and place it horizontally on a clean, stable table to avoid tilting to affect the sample addition effect.

3. Sample processing

Use a pipette to draw 50 μL of sample and add it to the accompanying test buffer vial. Mix gently to ensure that the sample and buffer are fully integrated.

4. Sample addition test

Use a dropper to draw 3 drops (about 120 μL) of the diluted sample and drop it vertically into the sample addition hole (marked "S") of the test card to avoid bubbles.

5. Wait for reaction

Let it stand for 5-10 minutes to judge the result. The data read after more than 15 minutes is invalid and needs to be retested.

Result interpretation

Positive (+): Both C line (quality control line) and T line (test line) appear, regardless of the depth of the T line.

Negative (-): Only C line appears, and T line has no color.

Invalid: C line does not appear, and retesting is required.
