Feline Leukemia Virus (Felv Ag) Rapid Test Kit
Feline Leukemia Virus Antigen (FeLV Ag) Rapid Test Kit is a diagnostic tool based on immunochromatography technology that can quickly and accurately detect FeLV antigens in cat serum, plasma or whole blood samples. The kit is mainly used to screen for feline leukemia virus infection and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis. Feline leukemia is a common infectious disease in cats caused by retroviruses, which can cause immunosuppression, anemia and malignant tumors, seriously affecting the health and life span of cats, but it is not contagious to humans or other animals.
The test kit is easy to operate. Just mix the sample with the buffer and drop it into the test card. The result can be read in 5-10 minutes without complex equipment. Its high sensitivity and accuracy ensure reliable detection of early infection and help improve the efficiency of cat health management. The initial symptoms of infection may be mild, such as lethargy, swollen lymph nodes or low-grade fever, but as the disease progresses, serious symptoms such as anemia, repeated infections, weight loss, oral ulcers and even tumors may occur. Early detection is essential to control the spread of the virus and improve the prognosis of sick cats.
The test results are intuitive and clear, suitable for pet hospitals, catteries and home testing, providing an economical and efficient solution for early screening and prevention of feline leukemia. Regular testing helps to detect potential infections in a timely manner, take isolation or treatment measures, effectively control the spread of the virus, and protect the health of cats.

Preparation before testing
Please restore all test materials (including test cards, samples and buffer) to room temperature.
Sample processing
Use a pipette to accurately draw 50μl of the sample to be tested (whole blood, serum or plasma) and add it to a small test tube containing buffer. Gently shake or invert to mix 5-10 times to ensure that the sample and buffer are fully mixed.
Sample addition operation
Use the matching dropper to draw the mixed sample liquid and vertically drip 3 drops (about 120μl) into the circular sample well marked with "S" on the test card. Be careful to avoid bubbles when dripping.
Result interpretation
Observe the results after standing at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. The results interpreted after more than 10 minutes are invalid. Note when interpreting:
Positive: C line (quality control line) and T line (test line) appear at the same time, regardless of the color of the lines
Negative: Only C line is clearly visible, T line does not appear
Invalid: C line does not appear, regardless of whether T line appears
The operation is simple and fast. No professional equipment is required. Ordinary users can easily complete the testing process, which greatly improves the convenience of testing.
Results are quickly available within 10 minutes, greatly shortening the waiting time, allowing veterinarians and pet owners to grasp the test situation in time.
Using advanced immunochromatographic technology, it has high sensitivity and accuracy, and can reliably detect early infection.
The price is affordable and the testing cost is low, which is suitable for large-scale screening and routine testing needs.
It can detect a variety of samples such as whole blood, serum, and plasma, with a wide range of applications to meet the needs of different testing scenarios.
The result interpretation is intuitive and clear, and the C/T line is clearly displayed, reducing the risk of misjudgment and ensuring the reliability of the test.
Passed CE, FDA and ISO international certification, with stable and reliable quality
