F-GIA Feline Giardia Test for Sale

Feline Feline Giardia Antigen F-GIA Ag Rapid Test

Feline Giardia (GIA) is a common intestinal parasite that can infect a variety of animals such as cats and dogs, and may even be transmitted to humans. The parasite is transmitted through the fecal-oral route, and infection may cause digestive tract symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, and weight loss. Although some cats have no obvious clinical manifestations, they can still continue to excrete worms and become potential sources of infection.

This kit uses advanced lateral flow immunochromatography technology to quickly and accurately detect Giardia antigens in cat feces or vomitus, helping veterinarians or pet owners to diagnose infection in a timely manner. The detection process is simple, no complex equipment is required, and reliable results can be obtained within 15 minutes. It is suitable for clinical diagnosis, health screening and efficacy monitoring.

Compared with traditional microscopic methods, this kit has higher sensitivity and specificity, which can effectively reduce missed detection and misjudgment. Its convenient operation and reasonable cost make it an ideal detection tool for pet hospitals, catteries and home pet environments.

Through early detection and intervention, this kit helps control the spread of Giardia lamblia, protect cat health, reduce the risk of zoonotic infection, and provide a safer coexistence environment for pets and owners.

Steps for using the Cat Giardia Antigen F-GIA Ag Rapid Test Kit

1. Sample collection

Use the matching cotton swab to collect fresh feces/vomit samples from the cat's anus or the ground, and ensure that the sample volume is sufficient.

2. Sample processing

Insert the sampling cotton swab into the test buffer tube and shake it thoroughly for 10-15 seconds to fully mix the sample and buffer.

3. Sample preparation

Tear open the aluminum foil bag and take out the test card, and place the test device horizontally on a clean and flat table.

4. Sample dripping

Use the matching dropper to absorb the processed sample liquid and drip 3 drops vertically into the "S" sample well of the test card.

5. Result interpretation

Positive (+): Both the C line (quality control line) and the T line (test line) appear, regardless of the depth of the T line.

Negative (-): Only the C line appears, and the T line has no color.

Invalid: The C line does not appear and needs to be retested.

Notes

Confirm that the reagent is within the validity period before testing

The results will be invalid after 15 minutes after adding the sample

It is recommended to restore the sample to room temperature during winter testing

Strong positive samples may show the phenomenon that the T line develops before the C line
