Steps for Using a Enema Bag

Instructions

1. Assemble the enema bag

Screw one end of the silicone hose into the water outlet of the enema bag, and install a suitable enema nozzle on the other end

2. Close the flow adjustment clamp

Pinch the thumb clamp before filling to prevent the liquid from flowing out.

3. Inject the enema liquid

Pour warm water of about 37℃ into the enema bag, and pay attention to the scale line to control the amount.

4. Hang the enema bag

Hang the enema bag above the body (such as a hook or door handle), and use gravity to allow the liquid to flow naturally into the intestine.

5. Loosen the clamp to allow the liquid to flow out

Gently loosen the thumb clamp and let a small amount of liquid flow out to exhaust the air in the hose to avoid gas entering the intestine and causing discomfort.

6. Insert the nozzle and fill the liquid

Take the side-lying or knee-chest position, lubricate the nozzle and gently insert it into the anus or vagina for flushing

Precautions:

The water temperature should be close to body temperature (about 37℃), and avoid excessive cold or overheating to stimulate the intestine.

It is recommended to try a small amount (500mL) for the first time and gradually adapt.
