Canine Brucella Test for Sale

Canine Brucella Antibody Rapid Test C. Bru Ab Test Kit

Canine brucellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by the Gram-negative bacterium Brucella canis, which is widely distributed worldwide. The disease can cause reproductive system diseases such as abortion, stillbirth, infertility, orchitis, epididymitis, and systemic symptoms such as discitis and uveitis in dogs. It is worth noting that many infected dogs may not have obvious clinical symptoms, but are still contagious and become a potential source of transmission.

The Canine Brucella Antibody Rapid Test Kit (C.Bru) is a rapid diagnostic tool based on lateral flow immunochromatography for qualitative detection of canine Brucella antibodies (C.Brucella Ab) in canine serum, plasma or whole blood. The kit is easy to operate and can obtain test results in only 5-10 minutes. It is suitable for clinical and field rapid screening. The sample type is flexible and compatible with serum, plasma or whole blood to meet the needs of different detection scenarios.

The launch of this kit provides an effective tool for the early diagnosis and prevention and control of canine brucellosis, which helps to identify infected animals in a timely manner and reduce the risk of disease transmission. Its fast and convenient features make it an ideal choice for veterinary clinics, farms and animal quarantine, providing strong support for canine health management and public health safety.

Instructions

  • Sample preparation: Collect canine serum, plasma or whole blood to ensure no contamination.

  • Reagent rewarming: Take out the test card and sample and equilibrate at room temperature for 10 minutes.

  • Add sample: Use a pipette to add 3 drops of sample to the sample well of the test card.

  • Wait for reaction: Let stand for 5-10 minutes to allow chromatography to proceed fully.

  • Read the result: Observe the color development of the test line (T) and the quality control line (C) to read the result.

Result determination

  • Positive result: The quality control line (C line) and the test line (T line) are colored at the same time, regardless of the color depth of the T line;

  • Negative result: Only the quality control line (C line) is clearly colored;

  • Invalid result: The quality control line (C line) is not colored, regardless of whether the T line appears, and retesting is required.

Features of Canine Brucella Test
  • One-stop test: test results can be obtained in just 5-10 minutes, greatly shortening the diagnosis time and improving the testing efficiency.

  • Easy to operate: no complex equipment or professional skills are required, suitable for on-site testing and grassroots veterinary use, reducing the operating threshold.

  • Flexible samples: support serum, plasma or whole blood testing, adapt to different sampling conditions, and meet diverse testing needs.

  • High sensitivity: using immunochromatography technology, low-concentration antibodies can be accurately detected, reducing the risk of missed detection and improving reliability.

  • Early screening: helps to detect asymptomatic infected dogs, isolate and treat them in time, prevent the spread of the epidemic, and ensure the health of the dog population.

  • Economical and practical: low cost, suitable for large-scale screening, providing economical and efficient solutions for farms, pet hospitals, etc.

  • Intuitive results: the color bands are clearly interpreted, no additional instruments are required, human errors are reduced, and the accuracy of the test is ensured.

Application of Canine Brucella Test
  • Clinical diagnosis: Rapid screening of canine brucellosis infection cases.

  • Reproduction management: Testing breeding dogs to prevent abortion and infertility.

  • Disease prevention and control: Timely detection of infected dogs to block transmission.

  • Pet hospital: Outpatient instant testing, auxiliary diagnosis and treatment.

  • Farm monitoring: Regular screening to ensure the health of the dog population.

  • Quarantine inspection: Health check before entry, exit or trading.
