The Anaplasmosis ANA Antibody Test Kit is an immunological test kit for rapid detection of dogs infected with Anaplasma. Its principle is based on immunochromatographic technology, which detects target antibodies through the reaction of specific antibodies with antigens. It can be used to qualitatively detect Anaplasmosis antibodies in dog serum, plasma and whole blood samples.
Anaplasmosis is a tick-borne disease that affects canines and felines. It is caused by the bacterium Anaplasma. After infection, symptoms include pale skin, weight loss, diarrhea and fever.
Our Anaplasmosis Antibody Test Kit (ANA-Ab) uses immunochromatographic technology (lateral flow test) to sensitively detect whether your pet has developed antibodies to Anaplasma using serum or whole blood samples.

High sensitivity and specificity: Able to detect low concentrations of antibodies, improve early infection detection rate; accurately identify Anaplasma antibodies, and reduce cross-reactions with other pathogens.
Rapid detection: Rapid results: Usually completed within a few minutes to a few hours, suitable for on-site and emergency use.
Easy operation: The operation steps are simple and suitable for non-professionals. No complex equipment required: Usually only basic laboratory equipment is required.
Multiple sample types: Suitable for serum, plasma, whole blood and other sample types to meet different testing needs.
Good stability: Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is long and the performance is stable under different environmental conditions.
Intuitive results and easy to interpret: The results are intuitively displayed through color changes, fluorescent signals, etc., which is easy to judge.
Economical and efficient: The price is relatively low, suitable for large-scale screening and routine testing.
Wide application: Applicable to multiple fields such as clinical diagnosis, epidemiological surveys, veterinary testing, etc.
Supporting services: Detailed operation guides and operation training can be provided to ensure correct use.
Ensure that samples and test equipment are tested at 15-25ºC.
1. Take the test card out of the aluminum foil bag and place it horizontally.
2. Collect 20μL prepared specimen into a vial and mix well. Then put 3 drops (about). Place the diluted 120μL sample into the "S" hole of the test card.
3. Interpret the results according to the instructions within 5-15 minutes. Results after 15 minutes are considered invalid.
Result interpretation:
Positive (+): C line and T line exist at the same time. Whether the T line is clear or blurred, it indicates infection or past infection. .
Negative (-): Only C line appears, indicating no infection or low antibody level.
Invalid: No colored line appears in the C area. Retest is required.
Anaplasmosis Symptoms
Fever: Common symptom, elevated body temperature.
Drowsiness: Lack of energy, reduced activity.
Loss of Appetite: Significant decrease in appetite.
Joint Pain and Swelling: May cause lameness.
Vomiting and Diarrhea: Digestive system symptoms.
Lymph Node Enlargement: Lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, etc. are enlarged.
Anemia: Symptoms of anemia may occur due to the destruction of red blood cells.
Bleeding Tendency: Such as nose bleeding, bleeding gums, etc.
